How to unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from promotional emails, please click the 'Manage my subscription' or 'unsubscribe' link at the end of the email that Car Next Door sent you, and unsubscribe from there.
I already unsubscribed - why did I get another email?
Because we send emails from two separate systems, you may need to click unsubscribe in two separate emails to be unsubscribed from both systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are working on a technical solution so that clicking unsubscribe on an email sent from either system will unsubscribe you from both.
Members cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails
If you are a member of Car Next Door, you will still receive emails relating to your account and any trips you book.
