How does the Borrower get the car keys?

The keys to the car are stored in a small electronic lockbox (we call it 'Fred'). It is kept either on the outside of the car or attached to a wall, fence or door nearby.

The borrower and car owner don't need to meet. Borrowers get a code to open Fred and get the key, and put it back at the end of their trip.
