I live in an apartment with a locked garage. Can I share my car?

SHORT ANSWER:

Borrowers need to be able to physically walk up to the vehicle 24/7 without meeting you. Sometimes, apartment parking complexes don't work out too well for this.

MORE OPTIONS:

  • If you are able to park your car on the street instead, this would let you share your car with all of our Borrowers.
  • We may be able to fix the Lockbox to a secure location outside the building and put the car keys and garage key in it, which will let borrowers get into the garage and access your car.
  • If pedestrians can access the car park without a key, but require a pass to exit in a vehicle, then you can keep your pass in the car.
  • If you live in a large apartment complex, then you may be able to rent your car just to residents of your building who have access to the garage.
