If a Borrower’s booking period has ended and they haven’t returned your car yet, give them a call directly.
You can find the Borrower’s phone number under the ‘Your car’ tab when you log in, or in the text and email you received when the booking was made. If you can’t get in touch with them, contact us.
If you or another Borrower has a booking coming up soon and your car hasn’t been returned by the previous Borrower, contact us and we can arrange alternative transport for you or the next Borrower. In most cases, a Borrower running late is due to an honest mistake, for example mixing up the booking times or incorrectly extending a booking so there's no need to be alarmed. We'll follow up with the Borrower and if necessary fine them and compensate you or the next Borrower for the inconvenience.
