The borrower is running late - what should I do?

If a Borrower’s booking period has ended and they haven’t returned your car yet, give them a call directly.

You can find the Borrower’s phone number under the ‘My car’ tab when you log in. If you can’t get in touch with them, contact us. 

If you or another Borrower has a booking coming up soon and your car hasn’t been returned by the previous Borrower, contact us and we can arrange alternative transport for you or the next Borrower.
