How do I get a Lockbox code / PIN?

From 15 minutes before the start of your booking, you can generate a PIN from the members’ site under Step 4 – Lockbox Information.

You can use this PIN / code for up to 4 hours, or you can generate another code by pressing the Generate Code button (even after your trip has finished).

Find the 'Generate Code' button under My Trips > Step 10 - Find key lockbox and generate code.
