I can't log in / password reset or login not working / how to resume application

If you have clicked "Login" on our website and have not been able to log in, this may be because: 


1: Your application is incomplete

You will not be able to log in to our website until you are approved as a member of Car Next Door. 

To go back and pick up your application where you left off:

  • go back to the JOIN FORM; and
  • click 'Resume a previous application" at the top of the page. 


(If you can’t remember the password you used for your application, click ‘reset password’. Make sure to check your email for the most recent password reset link from Car Next Door.)

2: You joined Car Next Door with a different email address

Try logging in again with another email address that you may have used.
