Communicating with other members - car owners and borrowers

The beauty of Car Next Door is that you don’t need to meet to swap keys. However, there are some incidences where it’s going to be best for you to speak. 

As a neighbour-to-neighbour car sharing network, Car Next Door encourages car owners and car borrower to contact each other directly to sort out day-to-day issues.

When a trip is booked, the car owner and borrower will be able to see each other's phone number and email address by logging in and viewing the relevant trip. You'll also get the phone number by email.

Please contact the member directly for any questions or issues that don’t require Car Next Door’s direct assistance – for example, asking about a car’s amenities or operation; finding lost property; or sorting out minor damage.
